‘’The caliber of Andrea’s talent, integrity, and her decisive, collaborative style of leadership set her apart. Andrea demonstrated this in her one-on-ones with me, and in particular during the tumultuous reorganizations and rebranding of two departments. I saw Andrea receive feedback from affected stakeholders, and lead us with vision and heart to successfully increase revenue (I should know, I handled the numbers).
